At Lifonev, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable products to our customers. We offer warranty coverage on select items, including Lithium Ion and LiFePO4 battery packs within the 12V to 72V range and specific chargers. Below are the details of our Warranty Policy:


Warranty Details
  • Warranty Period:
    The warranty period for each product is specified on its individual product description page. If the warranty period is not mentioned, the product is not covered by warranty.

  • Required Documentation:
    To make a warranty claim, you must provide the invoice copy and the warranty card. Without these documents, warranty claims will not be accepted.
    If you did not receive these documents at the time of purchase or delivery, it is your responsibility to collect them from our store or inform us within 24 hours via WhatsApp.

  • Shipping for Warranty Claims:
    The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for warranty claims. Upon repair, the buyer must cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back.


Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will be void under the following conditions:

  • Physical damage, including tears, cuts, or any alterations to the product.

  • Water damage.

  • Misuse of the product, such as improper connections or using incompatible chargers.

  • Use of lead-acid chargers or any charger with incorrect specifications will void the warranty. We recommend using only the proper lithium battery chargers purchased from us or certified lithium chargers.

  • Improper connections or open electrical joints leading to battery damage or failure.


Battery Depth of Discharge (DOD)

The capacity of lithium batteries will naturally degrade with usage over time, depending on the depth of discharge (DOD) and the number of charge cycles.

  • Warranty Claims for Low Backup or Mileage Issues:
    Warranty claims for low backup or mileage will only be accepted if the DOD rate is lower than the threshold specified in the chart below:

For example, a 30Ah battery can degrade to 25.5Ah at the end of the first year. If the battery’s capacity falls below this level, it will be considered damaged and may require repair.


Service Warranty
  • If the battery fails within the service warranty period, you will receive free servicing with no cost for the service.

  • However, if any parts need to be replaced, the cost of replacement will be borne by the customer.


Serial Number and Labels
  • Every product has a serial number and a warranty label. It is essential that these labels remain intact for warranty claims.

  • If the serial number or label is damaged or tampered with, the warranty will not be honored.


Repair Times
  • Repair duration: Warranty claims and repairs may take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of parts.
