Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Important:
Buyers must retain the original packaging, shipping label, and all included items until the issue is resolved. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the return process.


Return Eligibility

Returns are only valid under the following conditions:

  • You received damaged items

  • Items are missing from the package

  • The item is not working or defective


Replacement Timeline

  • Returns and replacements are valid within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • The buyer must inform us of any issue within 3 days of receiving the shipment.


Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep wherever possible.

  • No charges need to be paid to the courier person.

  • In some cases, if pickup is not possible, the buyer will need to courier the item back to us.

  • We will reimburse courier charges up to ₹100.

  • After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the issue matches your claim, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • If the item is found to be in working condition, courier charges (both ways) will be deducted, and only the item cost will be refunded.


Non-Eligible Items for Return/Refund

Items such as motors, lithium-ion batteries, battery packs, and similar components are not eligible for return/refund if found to be:

  • Soldered

  • Torn

  • Physically damaged

Also, items like BMS boards and power bank modules will not be accepted for return if they show:

  • Solder marks

  • Wire cuts

  • Socket damage


Missing Items

If you receive a package with missing items:

  • Inform us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will ship the missing items separately.

  • Please keep the original package, shipping label, and all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.


Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
